Teargold Gel Eye Drop contain 1% w/v carboxymethylcellulose and belong to a group of medicines used to treat dry eyes, a condition where the eyes do not produce enough tears. These eye drops work by lubricating the ocular surface, acting as artificial tears, and providing temporary relief from burning and discomfort in the eyes. Teargold Gel Eye Drop maintain proper lubrication for the eyes and act as a protectant against further irritation. They work similarly to natural tears and are double the strength of CMC.

Teargold Gel is indicated for the treatment of Post Lasik Ocular Dryness, Dry Eye Syndrome, and Severe Dry Eyes.
